Brick Workout: 18 Mile Home to Seward Cycling Loop then 2 Mile Lap Swim on 09/16/2009

Back to training after a recovery day. I managed to get a one hour bike ride to Seward Park in before the heavy rains started, then to Medgar Evers pool for a 2 mile lap swim.
