5 Mile Treadmill Run on 10/02/2009
Early morning 45 minute treadmill run this morning to make up for yesterday. I had some things to after work that got in the way. I pumped up the pace to 7 MPH for part of the workout to see how I would tolerate that. Not ready to sustain it but it felt pretty good!
